At MyCGBeauty, we aim to ship your purchase as quickly as possible but in safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver PAN India.


Processing Your Order

We try our best to ship your product as soon as possible. On an average, it takes about 24 hours for us to process and ship your package out of our distribution centre in India. However, for bulk quantities or the items ordered are under production, it may take longer to process your order. Should this happen, we will keep you informed by email.



Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges


Cancellation before order dispatch:

Visit the Order History section in your account in the website and cancel the order.

Alternatively, you can contact us at to request for order cancellation.

In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the paid amount will be refunded to you as per our refund policy.


Cancellation after order dispatch:

Kindly note that cancellation after dispatch is not feasible. 


Returns/Exchange Policy

Our shipments undergo rigorous quality check processes before they leave our facilities to minimise return instances. However, we accept return of product(s) that are found to be damaged and defective.

If you were shipped the wrong product, we will replace the product(s) at the earliest. We provide free returns if you have received damaged or incorrect products.

We accept returns within 24 hours from the time of delivery with proper documentaions and images. 

Products must be in new, unused and unopened condition to receive a refund. You can raise a return/exchange request at



Refund Policy

If you have paid via Credit Card/ or Debit Card or Netbanking, we will refund the payment to the same account originally used at the time of purchase. If you have paid by the mode of COD, we will refund the amount to your existing account that you can use during your next purchase. If you have paid using a mobile wallet, the refund amount will be credited back to your wallet.



Any complaints related to product/delivery should be brought to our notice via email at within 48 hours from the time of delivery.
